Madison worked very hard at cleaning my AC unit & it was a mess! He cleaned up after himself & left everything neat. Madison reviewed his findings and made different suggestions on how we could become more energy efficient. He will definitely be he one we call when we decide to replace the unit!

Performed cooling maintenance on two tempstar systems.
I performed a maintenance today on an AC pro condenser and a Comfort Pro furnace. This property featured complete system surge protection, air purification and a communicative thermostat. Refrigerant pressures were normal and the system operates uninterrupted with optimal temperature differentials in both heating and cooling mode. All electrical components including the blower motor and the compressor tested in their ranges. I cleaned the outdoor coil as it had dirt build up and replaced the return air filter with a customer provided filter. I have forwarded a digital copy of the report to the email associated with the account. I performed a heating maintenance today on a Lennox furnace. The customer had changed out the filter themselves. All electrical components and safety switches, including the blower motor tested in range. The flame sensor was dirty, so I cleaned it. The system static pressure was slightly over of the manufacturers rating, we discussed how ductwork can affect this. We also discussed air purification via the phenomenal aire. I left a brochure for him and his wife to look over. Upon departure the system is fully operational with an optimal temperature differential. Performed a furnace maintenance on a Goodman system. Checked thermostat functionality, heating capabilities, and airflow.
Nest thermostat showed an error. Air was not getting colder. Performed a thorough diagnostic on a Carrier system. Found a bad component on condenser and installed new. System is now working perfectly fine.
